Neil Gudovitz

Neil joined Waterside in 2002, forming in cooperation with Bill Gladstone the Waterside Foreign Rights division. Prior to joining Waterside, Neil managed rights for numerous divisions of the Thomson Publishing group and several independent publishing houses as well. He began his publishing career in 1989 as a Rights Assistant at Farrar, Straus & Giroux.

At Waterside Neil has represented numerous bestselling works from authors including Eckhart Tolle, Richard Bach, Neale Donald Walsch, William L. Simon, Ervin Laszlo and many others. He has licensed books into over 40 languages. Neil represents books in most publishing categories but does not handle children’s books, science-fiction nor illustrated/coffee table books.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Juris Doctorate from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He lives in Brooklyn, New York and can be contacted at neilg@earthlink.net
